Our Earth, Our Mission.Â
Our planet provides us with all the necessary requirements of surviving life to exist in luxurious joy. Only we have complicated the matters, which has complicated our health, minds, and state of BEing.Â

Wyldgarden's missions are approached in two parts - For profit and Non-profit. Our For profit wing focuses on the quality crafted and intentional distribution of dried herbs, spices, herbal supplements and infusions. Our products are made in small batches to ensure integrity, some offers like our sea moss gel (Chondrus Crispus) are made to order in select flavors.Â

The goal of the For Profit wing is to expand our offerings, products, resources, and knowledge to build up our Black and Brown communities. A long term goal is to acquire land to teach the skills of land tending, ultimately becoming our own supplier for many of our herbal products. Each unit of currency allows us to secure our standing as a business and offer more presence in life for every workshop, guided group walk or hike, and garden experience leading us one step closer to achieving our long term goal. Your support makes it all possible.Â

Our Non-profit wing dives into getting our bodies moving and hands in the soil. Our goal and values are synonymous. To ensure invasive species don't overtake our forested and even residential areas. Harmony in Life is so important, in all areas where there is harmony, there is room for creativity. Creativity is one of our Earth's primal functions. Where invasive species grow, the space loses breath and life begins to slow - to cease. With plants thankfully this isn't an inevitable crises but one that can and should be maintained. We offer hands-on volunteer opportunities to learn more about the practice and importance of preserving our young forests.Â

To achieve this goal of small scale conservation, we're starting one local space at a time. Offering services from basic weeding and garden design and larger scale projects protecting our old forests and vulnerable landscapes. The forests need to breath, so do we.Â

Earth conservation is the use of maintaining the Earth's surface and sustainably using the resources needed to sustain a life more than immediate survival. Both wings attach gracefully to the body and allow us to naturally ascend to our goals. We're so excited to continue giving, learning, and building on our ideas!
Meet Ajanu  a.k.a."Jah"
Jah is the founder of Wyldgarden, long time gardener, community herbalist and foraging guide, sister of the women of the Earth, keeper of the trees, and friend to Earth’s creatures.
Â
Beginning her journey in 2021 after living in a plant-less apartment, she began the trials of growing bell peppers for fun. Her love and curiosity of plants over the years has grown immensely. From learning how to grow and maintain plants to teaching gardening, foraging, and modern herbalism, sharing the errors and triumphs of the journey with others worldwide online and hosting workshops throughout Richmond City.Â

The creation of Wyldgarden is a result of that love and everlasting curiosity. With two major branches, the goals are simple - to protect the Earth from invasive plant species & humans while cultivating harmony on Earth by creating habitable ecosystems that benefit all of her inhabitants.Â

Supporting Wyldgarden is deeply meaningful and impactful to the entire team and our future as a species. Each sale goes directly back into expanding the resources we're able to bring to our community. There would be no Jah, no Wyldgarden without you the people, the community.Â
