Wyldgarden is responsible for covering return shipping label costs. We are not responsible for any damages that occur through shipping and will not cover the costs of lost or damaged packages. Please see our shipping policy.

Refund Policy

Customers have 30 days to return items. Returns are accepted and items can be exchanged or replaced if the purchased item is unopened and unused. If an item has clear impurities or arrives broken, customer should photograph and send us an email to wyldgarden333@gmail.com do discuss refund type. A full refund could be issued. If replacement is refused, a store credit or partial refund will be issued to the original payment type within 7-10 days.

If customer chooses item replacement, we will cover the return shipping label and you will cover the costs of re-shipping the item(s) to your address.

Dried herbs and extractions (tinctures/glycerites) are perishable items and cannot be returned unless packages are unopened. If any damages occur, customers can be issued a replacement, store credit or a partial refund.
