WyldGarden is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping transitions. The customer is able to file a claim through mail courier for reimbursement using receipt of items purchased and tracking information. If you are having trouble filing a claim, please send us an email and we'll gladly assist.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Domestic shipping costs are covered by us. The shipping weight varies and is determined by the individual weight of each item purchased plus shipping materials. Orders are usually processed within 3-5 days.

International shipping costs are covered by the customer. International purchases can be delayed due to service interruptions. Shipping costs for international purchases begin at standard international shipping rates. Package weight may vary. It is our priority to ensure items are not damaged during the extended transitions. Customers are encourage to use tracking information to follow the process in case of any service delays. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 days.
